Nell'asta Aurora 25 del 2022, lotto 154, un altro esemplare nella medesima graduazione, ma con evidenti graffi sul fascio al R/, ha realizzato €1.600,00 più diritti. TOP POP, miglior esemplare certificato NGC, in slab n. 5887104-031. This date is extremely rare in such state of preservation. Although all the literature lists the 2 lire 1927 as the rarest date of this type, the 1926 date in FDC is much harder to find. At Aurora Auction 25 in 2022, lot 154, an example of the same grade but with clear scratches on the fasces on reverse, was sold for €1.600,00 plus fees.
