NGC has graded 58 this high, and just 2 are graded higher by that service, while PCGS reports only 18 this high, with a single coin graded higher. Note that the devices are fully struck by the dies, and the coin boasts mint fresh luster throughout. A few tiny ticks from handling, including one small mark on her chin.
