A lightly circulated example of this short-lived series featuring the standing Genius writing the Constitution flanked by a rooster and fasces. Lightly toned and with mellowed golden surfaces that exhibit minor abrasions that are common to the type. A very rare example of this second date in the series with a mintage of just 301 pieces.
