Lote 29608. George I silver Proof "Dump" Farthing 1718 PR61 NGC, S-3661 type but a pattern, Peck-790 (rare). 21.5 mm. Medal-rotation die alignment. Sharply detailed, unmarred, and pleasing with a bold 1718 date. Most attractive with lightly toned, reflective  surfaces in a mixture of silvery-gray and champagne. Since the copper farthing of this date is unobtainable, this specimen is a rare opportunity for the devoted farthings collector. Excellent quality for a coin of this age.
